Using Shoptech Industrial Software on a fully integrated network, the following plant functions are controlled:

Accounting, Payroll, Invoicing, Accts Receivable, and Accts Payable.
At any time, designated Managers can access with the touch of a button; job status, part inquiry, customer and vendor inquiries, material requirements and messages.
Engineering & Programming
Programming for the CNC machines in the fabrication department are accomplished by use of Merry Mech SMP/IS 3D Modelling and Programming System and by Trumpf's TOPS Software. Programs for the machine shop are done using Mastercam Cad/Cam software.
The preferred formats for drawings or information sent to Robadair Ltd. are Solid Works files, Step files, IGES files, DXF files or DWG files.
Electronic Data transfers are achievable by email, or disk transfers.
The format available is Solid Works CAD systems.
Inspection
Equipment such as a Laser Scanner, Height Gauges, Surface Plates, Micrometers, Verniers and various other tools are used to implement and assure I.S.O. quality standards. A complete list of facilities is available by contacting our sales department.
